God is looking for an obedient and willing vessel (Isaiah 1:19) to cleanse, refine and purify (Isaiah 4:4, Malachi 3:2-4, Zechariah 13:9, Mathew 3:11) so that He can host the manifest presence of His glory which will rise and appear over you (Isaiah 60:1-2) - that will place His manifest presence on display for the world to witness the demonstration of miracles, signs and wonders to heal, deliver and transform lives swiftly.
As God gives His Spirit without measure (John 3:34), He wants to fill His vessels to the fullness so that they will be full of the Spirit, wisdom, grace and power (Acts 6:3,8) to shine for Him and to do the ‘EXTRA GREATER THINGS’ (2 Timothy 2:20-21).
J. S. Baxter:- “What God chooses, He cleanses. What God cleanses, He molds. What God molds, He fills. What God fills, He uses.”
Paul, a highly learned man had strong foundation on doctrines and knowledge but had never known the Light. When Paul saw the light, he was struck to the ground, and for three days he could see nothing with his eyes, but could see inside him of how sinful and rotten he was.
Things of the Spirit are caught, not taught.
Watchman Nee quoted:- “We are not sure if a worldly brain is effective in other matters, but we are sure of this one thing: a worldly brain is absolutely useless in spiritual matters.”
He further added, “How can we give to other people what we ourselves do not have? Unless the Cross becomes our life, we cannot impart that life to others. The failure of our work is due to the fact that we are eager to preach the Cross without that Cross being within us. The Cross we preach to others should first crucify us. God uses the blood to cleanse us from our sins, but He uses the Cross to crucify the flesh.”
After Paul had seen the light, then he began to preach the message of the Cross with miracles, signs & wonders.
1 Corinthians 1:17
“For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel—not with wisdom and eloquence, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power.”
Romans 15:18-19
“I will not venture to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me in leading the Gentiles to obey God by what I have said and done— by the power of signs and wonders, through the power of the Spirit of God. So from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.”
1 Corinthians 2:4-5
“My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.”
1 Corinthians 4:20
“For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.”
The TEST of true Christianity, as opposed to the false, is the demonstration of God's power. Not a doctrinal test, but a power test! When the Holy Spirit comes in power, arguments end, like Elijah challenging the 450 prophets of Baal to a duel. "Let's offer a sacrifice, and the God who sends fire on the sacrifice, we'll acknowledge He is God. When God sent fire to consume the sacrifice, the altar and even the water in the ditch around it, the people fell on their faces and cried out, "The Lord! He is God! The Lord! He is God!" Argument settled.

渴望传讲十字架。我们应当先被钉十字架后才向别人传讲十字架。上帝使用宝血来洁净我们的罪，但是祂用十字架将我们肉体钉在十字架上。“
在保罗见过光之后，他开始用异能、奇事、神迹传讲十字架的信息。
哥林多前书一章17节
“基督差遣我原不是为施洗，乃是为传福音；并不用智慧的言语，免得基督的十字架落了空。”
罗马书十五章18至19节
“除了基督借我做的那些事，我什么都不敢提，只提他借我言语作为，用神迹奇事的能力，并圣灵的能力，使外邦人顺服，甚至我从耶路撒冷直转到以利哩古，到处传了基督的福音。”
哥林多前书二章4至5节
“我说的话、讲的道，不是用智慧委婉的言语，乃是用圣灵和大能的明证，叫你们的信不在乎人的智慧，只在乎神的大能。”
哥林多前书四章20节
“因为神的国不在乎言语，乃在乎权能。”
真正的基督教的测试，不是虚假，而是上帝大能的示范。不是道理的测试，而是大能的测试！当圣灵的能力降临时，争论就会结束，就像以利亚如何挑战巴力的四百五十位先知进行决斗一样。 “让我们献祭，那降火显应的神，就是神。”当耶和华降下火来，烧尽燔祭、木柴、石头、尘土，又烧干沟里的水。众民看见了，就俯伏在地，说：“耶和华是神！耶和华是神！” 争论解决。
