Anointing of God (Acts 1:8)

Are you sent (Isaiah 6:8, Luke 9:1-2)?

A vessel sent by God will be anointed with power and authority. The power and authority rest upon the anointed vessel depend upon the measure of his surrender. William Booth quoted: “The greatness of a man’s power is the measure of his surrender.”

The anointing can be felt, and when you do feel it, you will know that it is God touching and empowering you for ministry. And the clear evidence that if you are anointed and sent, the word that you speak, has great authority if you are full of the Spirit (Luke 4:32) for God’s word is Spirit and full of life, living and active. Jeremiah 23:29, “Is not my word like fire,' declares the LORD, 'and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?”

Jesus taught with great authority that the people were amazed. Luke 4:32, “They were amazed at his teaching, because his words had authority.”

In our meetings, it is a norm to witness power surging through my interpreters and the listeners. When I shared a testimony of Kenneth Hagin to 40 pastors in a seminar in China in 2018 about the standard that God set for His disciples, most of the pastors were trembling on their seats under the fear of the Lord. Praise God!

For those whom God has sent, they will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on them to be His witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8). This represents a seal of approval and certification of God. For instance, Jesus said of Himself, "On Him God the Father has placed His seal of approval" (John 6:27), meaning that Jesus is the One favored, chosen, sent, empowered and certified by God the Father.

The anointing of the Holy Spirit is extremely precious and desirable; it signifies God Himself being with you in your life and ministry or business. You can feel the anointing as it comes upon you and enables you to do things that you cannot do in your own strength, because it is the empowering presence of God (Acts 1:8).

Demonstration of the Spirit and Power will be displayed with ‘signs’ if you are full of the Spirit as in 1 Corinthians 2:4, “my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.”

When Daniel interpreted King Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, the word threw the king to the floor as in Daniel 2:46, “Then King Nebuchadnezzar fell prostrate before Daniel and paid him honor and ordered that an offering and incense be presented to him.”

Peter full of the Spirit, spoke with great authority that Ananias, together with his wife Sapphira, fell down instantly and died (Acts 5:1-11).

When the anointing comes upon you with power and authority, you become a 'signs' which bears witness to the work of God. Don't be fearful of being a 'signs' for God because it is God touching and empowering you. Signs and wonders are God's signs which follow the preaching of the WORD.

Energy is electricity. Though you cannot see it, you know it is real when you switch on a light. The presence, power, Spirit and Glory of God is not an emotion that only those who are sensitive can feel. Energy is a power, a capacity for work --- like electricity and sound wave that you cannot see, but exists.

When the atmosphere is so charged, you can feel it because your human spirit is like a life-wire that the Spirit of God flows.

To God be the honour, power and glory!

Living Sacrifice (Romans 12:1)

As a God’s commissioned vessel, my ordained calling is to strengthen believers with impartation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit (Romans 1:11,13) and to baptise believers with fire of God (Matthew 3:11, Luke 3:16).

Once, a lead pastor of a healing Church asked me to impart God’s manifest presence upon him.

I can’t impart to someone my history with God especially my dedication, sacrificial deeds, consecration and obedience to do the will of the Father in order that my body is worthy to host His manifest glory.

The Glory which is the manifest presence of God, will fill the temple after Fire falls on the sacrifice (2 Chronicles 7:1-2). His fire and glory resting on you will transform you, refine, purify and shape your character. And transformed people can then transform people.

Are you willing to become that living sacrifice for His fire and glory to rest upon?

Our new Kuala Lumpur Prayer House for prayer, prophetic healing and Fire Impartation will be ready in October, 2024.

God bless!

End Time Harvest - The 3 Levels of Ministry

The last sentence of the Lord’s Prayer “For Thine is the *KINGDOM*, the *POWER* and the *GLORY* forever and ever …”

1. *KINGDOM* (Salvation through the *baptism of water* or Outer Court or Seeing the Kingdom) 2 Corinthians 1:22, “set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.”

2. *POWER* (Sanctification through the *baptism of the Holy Spirit* or Inner Court or possessing the Kingdom) John 3:6-7, “Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’”

3. *GLORY* (Purification through the *baptism  of Fire* or Holy of Holies or manifesting His kingdom). Matthew 3:11-12, “I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me will come one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not fit to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor, gathering his wheat into the barn and burning up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” Hebrews 12:14, “ ... without holiness no one will see the Lord.”

At this *Glory* level, God’s glory rests on the vessel to do His works while the vessel rests in Him (Matthew 11:28-30). Then, the vessel will be like Paul which the handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them (Acts 19:11-12). Peter was so full of the Spirit that radiated upon his shadow and healed the sick (Acts 5:15). Or like Jesus, so full of the Spirit and power that when a woman touched Him, He could feel instantly that the power had gone out from Him (Luke 8:46).

It is a level that God’s manifest glory rests on a vessel that has been cleansed, refined, purified and consecrated by fire.

False Humility (2)

Continue from https://arsenaloffire.blogspot.com/2024/05/false-humility.html

Paul said in Galatians 5:16-18, “Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.”

Watchman Nee depicted, “The works of the Holy Spirit are done through man’s spirit while the works of the enemy are all done through man’s sinful flesh”

The flesh or carnal is a sinful nature. For the acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. In Galatians 5:19-21, Apostle Paul warned that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

The sinful nature has pride.  Pride hinders us from having the faith to truly believe in God, to walk in obedience and do the will of the Father. And without faith, we cannot please God (Hebrew 11:6).  For Abram believed the LORD, and He credited it to him as righteousness (Genesis 15:6). To have that faith, we need God’s fullness in us.

Maturity in Christ is how much are we filled with the Spirit of God.

John 3:34

“For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit.”

Colossians 1:19

“For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him”.

Romans 8:14

“For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.”

This is the prime hinderance to our walk by the Spirit so how could we teach others to live in humility when we ourselves are not filled with His fullness to walk in the Spirit and in true humility. The Word of God are full of the Spirit and Life (John 6:63), alive and active (Hebrews 4:12) and “Is not my word like fire,' declares the LORD, 'and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?” (Jeremiah 23:29).

Humility is the key to demonstrate and manifest the power of His words in signs. The more humble one is at God's feet, the more useful he is in God's hand.

We need to be filled with the fullness of God to have the Christlike’s humility to truly manifest and demonstrate His glory for the world. Then we will be like Paul which the handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them (Acts 19:11-12). Peter was so full of the Spirit that radiated upon his shadow and healed the sick (Acts 5:15).

Reinhard Bonnke said, one time he went to a shop in South Africa. And the shop attendant looked into his eyes and began to weep profusely.

Then Reinhard asked, “Lord, what happened?” And the Lord said, “I live inside you and I look through your eyes at times. When someone encounters Me in your eyes, he cannot stand it.”

Jesus was so full of the Spirit and power that when a woman touched Him, He could feel instantly that the power had gone out from Him (Luke 8:46).

God is a consuming fire. The fullness of God in us makes us flames of fire (Hebrews 1:7) to manifest His words in power. That the words we speak, are full of the Spirit and Life that carry a far higher spiritual power and authority into the spiritual realm.

Paul said in 1 Corinthians 2:4, “My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power,” and added in 1 Corinthians 4:20, “For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.”

Only when we are filled with the fullness of God in Spirit and Power are we then able to walk by the Spirit and in true humility to demonstrate and manifest the power of the Words of God in signs. Without His fullness, we can’t work with God in Spirit of unity or in Oneness with Him (John 10:37-38, 14:11).  This is the biblical truth.

God bless!

False Humility

God resists falsehood or false humility but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6) who is a willing and obedient vessel (Isaiah 1:19) to do the will of the Father. False humility is pride, like Saul who did not fully obey the Lord because he was afraid of the men and so he gave in to them (1 Samuel 15:23-24). The result of his pride to look good to his men out of fear rather than obeying God, the LORD torn the kingdom of Israel from him. The Spirit of God also departed from him (1 Samuel 16:14). God desires 100% obedience, no compromise.

The mark of Sonship is humility to obey and do the will of the Father.

After the fire of God surged through my entire body like lightning in 2004, I became an evidential instrument as a testimony and witness for our Lord (John 15:27, Acts 1:8). And the Lord worked with me and confirmed His word by the signs that accompanied me (Mark 16:20).

My willingness to take the step of faith to obey God despite the consequences of being severely insulted and humiliated has impact the life of many outstanding ministers of God, empowering church leaders to greater heights in their ministries to advance God’s kingdom and for His glory. Hallelujah!

Testimony is a very powerful tool in evangelism. If you are willing to bear witness for Him, heaven will back you up.

God is pouring down His Spirit upon ALL people in greater measure (Joel 2:9, Haggai 2:9). Many are called but few are chosen. The God chasers who are humble, willing and obedient to do the will of the Father, will certainly not miss His grace to be raised to host His fire and manifest glory.
