Covid Pandemic - The Unprecedented Shaking

The pandemic has not only shaken the entire world system, but also the spiritual climate in unprecedented ways, setting the stage for the greatest revival in the harvesting of souls and setting the world on fire for Jesus. Nations are locked down. Fear and anxieties prevail, and the churches are not spared. Many church services and ministries are disrupted and services going online. 

Spiritually, it is a wake-up call and a time of urgent reflection on what God is doing. Is the church worship of God programmed so much like the world system that we ought to be delivered from “Egypt”? God’s ministries have to be realigned with what God is doing today. It will be no longer business as usual for the Church. House Churches will be the new norm just as the early Churches, preparing the way for the Lord to pour out His Spirit on ALL FLESH (Joel 2:28. Romans 9:25-26), filling the earth with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord (Habakkuk 2:14).

When we were in Bay Area (USA), God used our ministry to demonstrate His love and raw power through His word that stunned many respected ministers of God, including some influential people (Mark 16:20, 1 Corinthians 2:4). 

 

Having encountered the fire of God, our new acquaintance desired that Hollywood should have a taste of the awesome encounter with the fire of God too, and wanted so much to connect us to her friend, a Hollywood movie producer. We know that this glorious flame will set Hollywood ablaze with the zeal and fire for God but we have to await His time.

 

God also gives people dreams about our ministry. Praise God!

Nancy Vuu is a famous American fashion designer. God gave her a dream, telling her that there is a 'Paul' to come who will impart the roar of the Lion of Judah's anointing to her. In obedience, she came to our AFM Stockton's prayer fellowship where her gift was activated. After being imparted with the anointing, she went to address California Women’s Conference in Longbeach attended by 10,000 women including celebrities from Hollywood and politicians. Praise God! Obedience - The Mark of Sonship

God sets a standard for His called and chosen. The higher the calling, the greater the degree of obedience required. Before He uses the called to a higher realm of serving Him, He will test them deeply. 

In 1 Samuel 15:3, God commanded King Saul, “Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy everything that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.”

 

However, Saul did not fully obey God. In 1 Samuel 15:9, “But Saul and the army spared Agag and the best of the sheep and cattle, the fat calves and lambs–everything that was good. These they were unwilling to destroy completely, but everything that was despised and weak they totally destroyed.” 

 

Disobedience is evil in God’s sight. Samuel told Saul in 1 Samuel 15:19, “Why did you not obey the Lord? Why did you pounce on the plunder and do evil in the eyes of the Lord?”

 

Samuel further added in 1 Samuel 15:22-23, “Does the Lord delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the voice of the Lord? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of divination, and arrogance like the evil of idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He has rejected you as king.’

 

Saul disobeyed because of the fear of his soldiers. He told Samuel in 1 Samuel 15:24, “I have sinned. I violated the Lord’s command and your instructions. I was afraid of the people and so I gave in to them.”

 

As a result of Saul’s disobedience,  Samuel said to him in 1 Samuel 15:28, “The Lord has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today and has given it to one of your neighbors–to one better than you.”

 

God’s calling upon our life is a treasure that we must value and honour.

 

It takes humility to obey the voice of God and obedience is a mark of true Sonship. A man of God wrote:- “God is not pleased by religious activity. He is pleased by faithful works and our obedience to Him. When we start to fear the people leaving more than we fear God leaving, we departed from true faith.”

 

In my book, I shared that I gave up my luxurious fine-living, secular biz, wealth including converting my office units in the prime commercial district of Singapore and dedicating them to God due to my zeal for Him and my trust in Him. 

 

However, God never fails and as He says in Isaiah 1:19, “If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the best from the land.” And in Matthew 6:33, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

Method of Channelling the Anointing - Prophetic Acts

 

Our God is in the business of innovation. He is very creative like the ways He channelled His anointing through the vessels He used.

 

The methods employed to channel the anointing in every ministry are different and creatively innovative. 

 

To heal a man of blindness, He employed the use the mud and saliva.

 

"After saying this, he spit on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man’s eyes. “Go,” he told him, “wash in the Pool of Siloam” (this word means “Sent”). So the man went and washed, and came home seeing." (John 9:6, 7 NIV)

 

To defeat the giant Goliath who was armed to the teeth, He used a 17 years boy armed with a sling and five small stones.

 

David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. This day the Lord will deliver you into my hands, and I’ll strike you down and cut off your head. This very day I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds and the wild animals, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel. All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the Lord saves; for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give all of you into our hands.” As the Philistine moved closer to attack him, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet him. Reaching into his bag and taking out a stone, he slung it and struck the Philistine on the forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell facedown on the ground. So David triumphed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone; without a sword in his hand he struck down the Philistine and killed him. (1 Samuel 17:45-50 NIV)

 

To deliver King Saul from being tormented by the evil spirit, the Lord used David to play the lyre.

 

Now the Spirit of the Lord had departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord tormented him. Saul’s attendants said to him, “See, an evil spirit from God is tormenting you. Let our lord command his servants here to search for someone who can play the lyre. He will play when the evil spirit from God comes on you, and you will feel better.” So Saul said to his attendants, “Find someone who plays well and bring him to me.” One of the servants answered, “I have seen a son of Jesse of Bethlehem who knows how to play the lyre. He is a brave man and a warrior. He speaks well and is a fine-looking man. And the Lord is with him.” (1 Samuel 16:14-18 NIV)

 

Whenever the spirit from God came on Saul, David would take up his lyre and play. Then relief would come to Saul; he would feel better, and the evil spirit would leave him. (1 Samuel 16:23 NIV)

 

The most important thing is that the anointing is genuine, it is from the Holy Spirit and the fruit of the ministry is good—Jesus is proclaimed and souls are saved, people are set free and healed, lives are touched and transformed, individuals are empowered and gifts are activated. 

With these good fruits, we will know for sure that the anointing on the man and the ministry is genuine. The genuineness of the anointing is of primary importance while the method is just secondary. No one should be stumbled by the methods employed. 

 

While we are not to copy the method employed by another ministry, we must also recognize the unique way God has instructed us to channel the anointing from our own ministry. Every one of us should be able to humble ourselves to acknowledge that the Lord has all the freedom to choose to manifest and channel His anointing in whatever way He wills and pleases. He is Lord! Not us.

 

God is doing many things in the last days. Prophetic Pioneer Bill Hamon wrote in his book, "Personally, I never want to be found resisting or fighting any new thing that God is doing within His church."

The Power of the Word

There is no need to debate or argue over doctrine. Jesus is the Word. He will defend and confirm His word by the signs that accompanies it (Mark 16:20). The word is very explosive if it is spoken under the anointing of the Holy Spirit 

 

As such, the Word must go forth with power, not a doctrinal test but a power test. Power is the realm of the Spirit (1 Corinthians 2:4, 4:20).

When I was asked how the apologists and seminarians would see these statements, my response was to let the Word gives them a definite power encounter and knocks some godly sense into their heads.

The Rise of Fire Starters (Torchbearers)

Today, a friend whom I have not seen for almost two decades, gladly shared with me that this year, he has received a nation’s grand honourable title award from the President in recognition of his service rendered to the nation. His sharing refreshes my memory that two years ago, a well known prophet visited me and gave me a word that God has given me a title ‘Fire Starter’ for which I am to be known. Praise God!

I do not consider myself to be more spiritual than all of you as each of us has a different calling in the Body of Christ and we do have our share of struggle to live a crucified life (Galatians 2:20).

The word is just a confirmation of my calling, which God has used me as His earthly vessel to baptise people with fire of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:11), which is the part of my calling in the Body of Christ to raise up Fire Starters in this last days.

However, before God could use me as a Fire Starter, I must first have received the Baptism of Fire transforming me into ‘Flames of Fire’ (Hebrews 1:7) so that I can impart and transform others to be Fire Starters. I cannot impart what I do not have.

In John 10:37-38 and John 14:11, Jesus gave people the right to doubt its truth if there were no demonstration of power upon His ministry.

John 10:37-38

“Do not believe me unless I do what my Father does. But if I do it, even though you do not believe me, believe the miracles, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”

 

John 14:11

“Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves.”

(It is important to note that when we are working with God in Oneness, the Word of God that we speak is Spirit and Life, Living and Active and like Fire (John 6:63, Hebrews 4:12, Jeremiah 23:29). The word is very explosive if it is spoken under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. As such, the Word must go forth with power. Power is the realm of the Spirit).

 

A man of God wrote in his book that "he hungers for the day when the Church will make the same statement to the world that if we are not doing the miracles that Jesus did, you don't have to believe us."

 

Likewise, I give people the right to doubt me if I do not perform and live up to the title of a Fire Starter that God has bestowed upon me.

You will recognize these torchbearers because they will be marked as catalysts bringing the pure powerful fire of God into the darkest of places. They will lead Believers on the narrow path. They won't make excuses or walk with hidden agendas, but with hearts laid bare, they will illuminate the way of the Lord and ignite the hearts of the nations with the fire of God.

 

"Arise torchbearers, take your place in the great race! The time for the handoff has come. Fear not, for I the Lord, have honored you by choosing to bring you now to the forefront. I Am, is with you."

 

"Your hidden season is over. Your training in the fire has been completed and now having been tested and approved, you will carry the weight and greater measure of My glory fire to the nations. You will ignite every heart in your path and awaken My people with My glory fire, says the Lord Almighty. For I have commissioned you to lead and mobilize My people into this new season of My greater glory!"

Apostolic Anointing

In the Zoom last Saturday Nov 7, the Lord rained down the apostolic anointing fire on two ministers of God powerfully.

What is apostle anointing?

Bill Hamon wrote: "Anyone who has had prophetic utterances over them declaring they have the calling of an apostle or an apostolic anointing should make manifestations of the miraculous a priority in their life" - The mark of an apostle 2 Corinthians 12:12. Any apostle who is not believing for signs, wonders, and miracles in his ministry is walking short of his apostolic authority and anointing.”

 

2 Corinthians 12:12

The things that mark an apostle–signs, wonders and miracles–were done among you with great perseverance.

 

The Apostolic Anointing: A true apostolic anointing is powerful and awesome that even when you are reluctant to speak what God has put in your heart because of your carnal reasoning, the apostolic anointing will rise up with AUTHORITY in you and speak order and correction. And God will confirm His word by the signs accompanying (Mark 16:20).

Attended the Fire & Glory Zoom Meeting last Sat. When Ps Esther shared about holy communion, I felt strong healing anointing flowing and thick presence of God's love surround me. 

 

Then, as soon as Ps Paul appeared, fire poured down upon my head to toe, my belly began to stir, like a lion roaring silently within me...roarrr....roarrr... for multiple times in a row, the roaring sound penetrated and went forth to a great distance in all directions in the spirit, the shaking was as if like an earthquake. This happened at the same time when Ps Paul mentioned about The Roar of Lion of Judah. 

 

Later while Ps Paul was praying for fire impartation for a brother, i stood up immediately and said, "Lord! I want it, here I am. I saw a vision of blue flame came upon me. It was very comfortable. I felt RENEWED after experiencing the anointing, full of power inside out. All praises to our Lord Jesus!

 

Zoom Testimony November 7

SIMPLIFIED TESTIMONY FROM A BROTHER :-

 

Last week in DR J KIM Zoom room, Rev Paul imparted unto me FIRE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.  It was like volcanic eruption right from the belly, spontaneously unleashed sounds of roaring, symbolic of a lion's roar with power & authority, this fiery sound was intense from within the belly, it continued for a while, I could feel it was a powerful & overcoming roar that has been released into the spirit realm, thus taking dominion over the dark world. The roaring coupled with concomitant holy laughter brought about a burning sensation all over my body, perspiring profusely.

 

Praise God, i knew upon receiving this fresh power and authority of God, it was meant for spreading end time REVIVAL FIRE sharing the gospels to save souls, confirming God's Word with signs and wonders, heal the sick & cast out devils.

 

We have a great commission to fulfill.
