In our conferences and by His grace, I had the privilege to meet highly learned and anointed ministers of God who hungered to be honorable vessels for ‘God’s manifest presence to rest on them.’ However, I can impart fire that will activate the offices and ministry gifts needed for the calling of the five fold ministers BUT not the manifest presence of His glory as I can’t impart my history with God.
With God’s manifest glory resting on us, the words that we speak will come with greater power and authority, demonstrated with signs accompanying (Mark 16:20, 1 Corinthians 2:4). The awesome treasure comes with a higher measure of cleansing, refining and purifying. God is holy and the Spirit of Glory will rest on His earthly vessel that He has purified like the dedication of Solomon’s temple (2 Chronicles 7:1-2).

Paul said in 2 Timothy 2:20-21, “But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.”
God’s refining must come first. Many want shortcut to fire anointing before God’s refining.
For those who desire the manifest presence of Spirit of Glory and of God to rest on them (1 Peter 4:14), be like Moses and ask God to TEACH you His ways...
In Exodus 33:12-13, Moses said to the LORD, “You have been telling me, ‘Lead these people,’ but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. You have said, ‘I know you by name and you have found favor with me.’ If you are pleased with me, TEACH me your ways so that I may know you and continue to find FAVOR with you. Remember that this nation is your people.”
In Exodus 33:14, The LORD replied, “My PRESENCE will go with you, and I will give you REST.”
