God’s Generals

The history of past revivals shows us that with every new move of God, God births new generals. God’s Generals such as Maria Woolworth-Etter, Evan Roberts, William Seymour and John Wesley had the Glory of God resting mightily upon them. 

Glory is the manifested presence of Jesus. Though HE lives in all believers, the glory of His presence comes to rest on only a few. Every disciple is a believer but not every believer is a disciple.

Though these God’s Generals were deemed crazy, radical and controversial, they too had their own tears, their laughter, their successes, and their failures. They had all been persecuted, misunderstood, betrayed, slandered, as well as being honored and loved.

Such sufferings are but a mark carried by a true disciple of Jesus in order to share in His glory. 

“Now if we are children, then we are heirs–heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory” (Romans 8:17). Peter added in Peter 4:14, “If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you”.

I have met many weary Spirit-filled great ministers of God. Some have frequent third-heaven visitation and are meeting Jesus often. They are solidly grounded on the word of God with an excellent gifting in teaching in the Body of Christ. But one most precious element is missing; that is the manifest presence of His glory - to have God Himself on display for the world through the demonstration of God’s power (1 Corinthians 2-4, John 14:11). 

Before ascending to heaven, Jesus told His disciples in Acts 1:8, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Jesus did not said that you will receive power when the Holy Spirit COMES WITHIN you. HE said that you will receive power when the Holy Spirit COMES ON you. It also means that the manifest presence of the Spirit of Glory rests on you (1 Peter 4:14).

Last March, we were invited to speak in a conference of pastors, leaders and worshippers in Jerusalem. The hosting pastor who upon seeing that we did not have any notes with us, removed the pulpit stand. He was instantly swept by the fire of God, stood trembling on the stage in full view of the people. Nobody had prayed or even touched him. It was God Himself displaying the manifest presence of His glory for the people in order to open their hearts in our meeting, to receive the Fire Impartation. Praise God!

On May 25, 2017, we were invited by an Apostle to minister at her home in Stockton, CA to her 25 anointed friends, comprising some apostles, prophets and fivefold ministers. All were so blessed by our sharing, and they even witnessed the awesome move of God with such clear evidence of the manifest presence of His glory in demonstration of God’s power with signs accompanied. The Three Level of Anointing Part 3 - 【恩膏的三层面 - 三】

The 3 stages of spiritual maturity are correspondent to the Kingdom Level, Power Level and Glory Level and classified in 1 John 2:12-14 as follows:

• Tertiary Level                   - The Father Stage (Glory)
• Secondary School level    - The Victorious Young Man Stage (Power)
• Primary School Level       - The Little Children Stage (Kingdom)

This is how the apostle John depicted the spiritual stage of believers:

Little Children Stage as in 1 John 2:12 

“I write to you, dear children,

because your sins have been forgiven on account of his name.”

The Father State as in 1 John 2:13

“I write to you, fathers,

because you have known him who is from the beginning.”

The Victorious Young Man Stage as in 1 John 2:14

“I write to you, young men,

because you are strong,

and the word of God lives in you,

and you have overcome the evil one”

Our God is Holy. Before He fills His temple with the manifest presence of His Glory, He will first pour down His Fire to consume and burn away all the impurities of His temple like in 2 Chronicles 7:1-2:-

“When Solomon finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the Lord filled the temple. The priests could not enter the temple of the Lord because the glory of the Lord filled it.”

属灵成熟的3个阶段与国度层面，权柄层面和荣耀层面，并在约翰一书二章12-14节中分类如下：

大专层面 - 父阶段（荣耀）

因为你们刚强，神的道常存在你们心里，你们也胜了那恶者。

我们的神是圣洁的。在祂以祂有形的荣光充满祂的圣殿之前，祂将先倾倒祂的火来烧尽祂圣殿里所有的污秽，如历代志下七章1-2节：- 

“所罗门祈祷已毕，就有火从天上降下来，烧尽燔祭和别的祭，耶和华的荣光充满了殿。因耶和华的荣光充满了耶和华殿，所以祭司不能进殿。”

Every New Move of God will birth a Legend

In all history of past revivals with the new move of God, new revivalists (new wine skin) will be birthed. 

They will be deemed as crazy, radical and controversial and the ones who view things differently. They are not fond of rules, and do not crave for or have any respect for position or status. They have no respect for the status quo. You can discredit them, disagree with them, disbelieve them, glorify, isolate or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is to ignore them because they change things. They invent. They imagine. They dream. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They turn the world upside down and push the human race forward. They have to be outstanding because they are crazy enough to think that they can change the world AND ARE THE ONES WHO DO. 

They will prevail in God’s strength as they are created, ordained and anointed by God and all the forces of darkness cannot stop what God has ordained and anointed (Isaiah 14:27).

In Acts 5:17, 38-39, the high priest and all his associates, who were members of the party of the Sadducees, were filled with jealousy of the radical apostles and tried to stop them, Gamaliel gave them this advice:- 

“Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”

No one can rebel and stop the move of God as according to Isaiah 63:10, “the people rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit. So He turned and became their enemy and He Himself fought against them.”

The Last Days Armouries

God creates everything first in the Spirit before releasing them to earth. Time is short and with the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, new technology and invention are accelerating with supersonic speed. What are commercially available for sale now are already obsolete, as marketing cannot catch up with new invention? 

In 2004, God spoke to me through His messenger that He would give me a rare gift. This rare gift is the Lethal Arsenal of Fire of the end time (Jeremiah 50:25) that God is arming the body of Christ that the enemy has no defense against.

Years later in my spirit, I saw a throne room full of His fire power where God gave me full access to the armouries to impart to the body of Christ, for His end time purpose and glory.

It took 12 years to prepare for our readiness and to be launched out. Arsenal of Fire Ministries, California was set up April, 2016 and God began to open doors of ministries for us. On Jan 2017, we had the honor of ministering in Malaysia's biggest church, FGA. FGA is the forerunner of the charismatic movement in Malaysia. The Church was packed to full capacity attended by all their Chairman, late founders’ wives, top leaders and Church members.

On May 17 2017, God opened the door for us to minister at a women's bible study group in Jubilee Christian Center, which is San Jose's largest non-denominational church, and according to Wikipedia, has about 14,000 members. See link:-

With doors opened to several nation including holding three fire revival meetings in New York City, on March 2018, we had such a great honor to be invited to speak for two nights in conference in Jerusalem attended by pastors, leaders and worshipers.

We are living in the most exciting time where God is going to demonstrate the greater things that He is going to do in these last days as He said in Habakkuk 2:14, “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.”

Tommy Tenney wrote: “The coming revival is not about sermons and information; it is going to be about WORSHIP and IMPARTATION." 

It will be a time of less talk, more action, like the light that flashes upon Saul transformed him to Paul, the Apostle in a split second. Light comes, demons flee, no longer the 12 steps, 3 steps & counseling by our human carnal way but by His Arsenal ... let His light Shine out from us.

2 Corinthians 4:5-6, “For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.”

Preparation for Mission

When we started our fire ministries 13 years ago, it was common to see occultists and mediums attending our fire meetings and being set free. We did not know then, that God was preparing, empowering and equipping us to reach out to hostile nations full of the occult, witches, voodoos, false prophets etc.. Without much empowerment and equipping, this would have been a suicide mission for us. In the days of Elijah, God sent Prophet Elijah to challenge the 450 prophets of Baal at Mount Carmel for His purpose of bringing the hearts of the people of Israel back to God.

God's preparation for us was to isolate us from the old school of thoughts (old wineskins) so that we would not be influenced by the old ways, as this may hinder our new work with Him for which He has called us.

I once saw in a vision,  that I was standing on a platform facing a sizeable crowd (about half a million people) with thousands of occultists, witches, sorcerers and the like. The Lord prompted me not to preach but to roar (..."a loud cry and the curtain of the temple was torn in two - Mark 15:37-38).

Then in that vision, instantly the fire from heaven fell and threw heavily all the people to the floor, setting them, including the occultists, free from demons and witchcraft.

In our frontline ministry we must always be vigilant. 1 Peter 5:8 says, "Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour." God also tells us that "... our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." (Eph 6:12).

The Devil knows very well about the threats to his domain through our God-ordained ministry. He will use any means to stop this ministry. However, God has prepared us well and encouraged us to stay the course through prophetic words given by Kingdom-minded, Spirit-filled prophets and leaders of His church.

Testimony by Dr K B Tan of Asia Pacific Mission 【亚太使命中心陈博士的见证】

Asia Pacific Mission was founded by Dr K B Tan  in 1994. It has trained tens of thousands missionaries to reap the vast harvest of unreached people through their Bethany School of Missions. It has by far set up 850 Mission Schools world-wide.

In 2006, Dr K B Tan and I were part of the Conference Mission team to the Philippines. Having witnessed how God was using me, Dr Tan was prompted to give me a new name ‘Paul’. As a highly respected, influential and well connected man of God, it was His favor and grace that God had prompted Dr Tan to write a testimony to encourage me even though I had never been a student of his Bethany School. The testimony came as a surprise to me especially written by a man that God had used so mightily. Praise God!

With his consent, his testimony was included in the second publication of my book, ‘The Arsenal of Fire’ which God has used it to accredit and open doors for our fire ministries.

Vision for Africa 【非洲的异象】

It was indeed a privilege to receive an invitation from Rev Dr David Wong, President of Harvest Seminary 丰收神学院, San Jose to teach to his seminary students on September 16, 2017. Meeting him for the first time, he came with his wife to visit us two days later in Stockton, prayed a blessing over us and gave us a word that God will open doors for our ministries in New Zealand, Africa and other nations.

Thereafter, we had been kept busy with speaking engagements from New York City to the ends of the Pacific Ocean, including New Zealand, and even in a conference in Jerusalem. Praise God!

God’s Chosen Vessels 【上帝所拣选的器皿】

No power of darkness can stop what the Lord has ordained. If God is for us, who can be against us. When the high priest and the Sadducees tried to stop the apostles, Gamaliel addressed the Sanhedrin in Acts 5:38-39: “Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”

When some pastors of small churches used their influence and connections to isolate us, God opened doors to larger churches for us in other great cities. We were so privileged to be invited to speak in conferences at the Holy City of Jerusalem, setting up ministries in several nations which opened many doors of connection. It silenced those who tried hard to stop us.

Our recent AOF Ministries bear the awesome works of God as the Lord shows up to demonstrate the manifest presence of His glory over us and our ministries,  just as in Joshua's days:

And the Lord said to Joshua, “Today I will begin to exalt you in the eyes of all Israel, so they may know that I am with you as I was with Moses” (Joshua 3:7). This has eliminated all past controversies of me and the ministries and catapulted us to a higher dimension and level of anointing to do greater things working with Him in Oneness, in humility and in obedience bearing the true mark of Sonship.

没有任何黑暗的力量可以阻挡主所命定的。神若帮助我们，谁能敌挡我们呢。当大祭司和撒都该人试图阻止使徒们时，迦玛列在使徒行传五章38-39节中对公会说：现在我劝你们不要管这些人，任凭他们吧！他们所谋的、所行的，若是出于人，必要败坏；若是出于神，你们就不能败坏他们，恐怕你们倒是攻击神了！”

当一些小教会的牧师利用他们的影响力和关系来隔离我们时，上帝为我们在其他大城市的大教会敞开了门。我们很荣幸被邀请在耶路撒冷圣城的特会上演讲，在几个国家设立了事工，为我们打开了许多门。这堵住了那些想尽办法阻止我们的人的嘴。

最近环球烈火军火库事工再次彰显了上帝伟大的作为，主在我们和我们的事工显示了祂有形的荣耀，正如约书亚时代一样：

耶和华对约书亚说：“从今日起，我必使你在以色列众人眼前尊大，使他们知道我怎样与摩西同在，也必照样与你同在。（约书亚记三章7节）这消除了所有过去对我和我的事工的争议，也把我们推向更高层次和更高级别的恩膏，好让我们能与祂合而为一，谦卑和顺服祂，承载着真正儿子的身份。

Testimony is a Powerful Tool in Evangelism 【见证是传福音的有力工具】

Every testimony about God's goodness is a very powerful tool in evangelism. If you are willing to bear witness for Him, Heaven will certainly back you up.

Nancy Coen’s ministries bore awesome works of God; her testimony about how God had used her to bring a terrorist leader who had beheaded 500 pastors and burned down 600 Churches to Christ, was truly amazing. That terrorist leader eventually brought 1.5 million jihadists to Christ. Her testimony is very effective in preparing the hearts of those who have attended our meetings to receive the Fire Impartation, and it has greatly encouraged me too, especially in my walk with the Lord.

God’s word for me given through her, was just a confirmation of the things that God has been doing at our Arsenal of Fire Ministries on a small scale, to prepare our season for the greater things that He is about to do.

The recent first FireStarters School has paved the way to spread the Fire ministries across the entire globe as more ministries will be planted for His end-time purpose and glory. Having planted the AOF Ministries in Los Angeles, Stockton, New York City, Thailand, Sydney and New Zealand within the last two years, AOF Taiwan is the latest to be set up with Rev Pauling Lee in charge.
