It is the heartbeat of God to transform His ministers into Flames of Fire (Hebrews 1:7). But before we could be transformed, we need to allow God’s consuming fire to cleanse and purify us to remove our fear of man and we need to accept, embrace and walk through the dealings of God in our life.
Education and training are good. In some cases, it is even required. However, without the fire impartation (Baptism of Fire), attempting to do the work of God will only lead to frustration, fear and despair.
There are leaders in churches today whom will attempt to put a stop to any new move of God that goes against their presumed knowledge of how God has operated in their own lives. This idolatry of the past causes people to react in fear as they try to defend God’s past behaviour. They do not realise that our God is a God of Life, and life is all about creating something new.

Those who are flames of fire will set their surrounding aflame with the burning presence of God, the Consuming Fire. Just being in their church community yields results in the congregation that years of training and effort had previously failed to accomplish.
The flame is unstoppable. It is contagious and will radiate like in Acts 19:11-12, “God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.”
Like the flame upon Paul radiated to his handkerchief, just touching the cloak of Jesus healed the sick (Matthew 14:36, Luke 8:46). God is awesome. He does as He pleases (Daniel 4:35) to frustrate the wisdom of the wise. 1 Corinthians 1:19, For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”
God uses the book of "Arsenal of Fire" to demonstrate His glory. The book carries His Fire and glory like Paul's handkerchief. Ps Pauling is an American from Los Angeles and our AOF Overseer in Taiwan. The fire surged through her powerfully when I handed the book to her.
After receiving the fire impartation, her ministry is truly a scorching flame that sets the place ablaze, shining for Jesus and empowering the body of Christ. Praise God!

这火焰将势不可挡。它具有传染性，像使徒行传十九11-12，"神借保罗的手行了些非常的奇事，甚至有人从保罗身上拿手巾或围裙放在病人身上，病就退了，恶鬼也出去了。
就像保罗身上的火焰辐射到他的手巾上，只需摸耶稣的衣裳，病人就得全愈（马太福音十四36，路加福音八46）。神真棒。祂凭自意行事（但以理四35）来消灭智者的智慧。歌林多前书一19， 就如经上所记：“我要灭绝智慧人的智慧，废弃聪明人的聪明”。
