The ability to cast out demons, heal the sick and spiritual impartations are examples of doing the work of the Father, and destroying the work of the devil. We need the power of God to battle the power of darkness and demolish strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4-6).
Only faith-filled believers can be used to demonstrate His glory. People who lack faith but instead are mired with doubt and unbelief are not people God can use in the ministry of miracles.
The miracle works of God is always for a purpose. Demonstrations of power expand the faith of His Church as well as bring people to repentance. If you desire to be empowered for ministry, be with people of strong faith and encourage one another with testimonies, giving glory to God. Anointing is contagious. Stay clear of people who will pollute your mind with fear, doubt and unbelief.
Ministering in the gifts of the Spirit does not make one mature. The fruit of the Spirit is the evidence of maturity.
Jesus gave people the right to disbelieve it all if there were no demonstration of power upon His ministry. A man of God wrote in his book that "he hungers for the day when the Church will make the same statement to the world that if we are not doing the miracles that Jesus did, you don't have to believe us."
He further added, "If we teach, preach or witness and nothing happens, we must go back to the drawing board --- our knees. Do not make excuses for powerlessness. For decades the church has been guilty of creating doctrines to justify their lack of power, instead of crying out to God until He changed them. The lie they came to believe has given rise to an entire branch of theology that has inflicted the body of Christ without the fear of the Holy Spirit. The Word must go forth with power. Power is the realm of the Spirit."
Jesus said in John 10:37-38: "Do not believe me unless I do what my Father does. But if I do it, even though you do not believe me, believe in the miracles, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father."
John 14:11-12, "Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves. I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do greater things than these, because I am going to the Father."
Often our best messages are not what we preach or say, but how God shines through us. We are His ambassador on earth. We represent Jesus to the world. We must have the manifest presence of God Himself on display for the world to shine for Jesus through the demonstration of His love to save, heal and deliver by the power of miracles, signs and wonders ... telling the world, "Put us to a Power Test".
The best didn't die with the apostles; the best is yet to come. When the Holy Spirit comes in power, argument ends. The TEST of true Christianity is the demonstration of power, not a doctrinal test, but a power test! When the Holy Spirit comes in power, arguments end. It's like Elijah challenging the 450 prophets of Baal. "Let's offer a sacrifice, and the God who sends fire on the sacrifice, we'll acknowledge He is God ... When God sent fire to consume the sacrifice, including the altar and even the water in the ditch around it, the people fell on their faces and cried out, "The Lord! He is God! The Lord! He is God!" It drew the whole nation of Israel back to God. There was no need for long argument of which is the right doctrine.
A few years ago, an anointed lady argued with me about her disagreement to a certain manifestation of the Spirit. As she was arguing about her disagreement, the Holy Spirit came upon her and she manifested in the gift that she was strongly opposing. Argument ended.

在圣灵的恩赐中服事并不能表明一个人的成熟。圣灵的果子才是成熟的凭据。
耶稣的服事中如果缺乏神大能的彰显，祂让百姓有权利选择不信祂。
一位神人在他的书中写道：“他渴望将有一日，教会向世界作出同样的声明，如果我们不行耶稣所行的神迹，你就不必相信我们。”
他进一步补充说，“如果我们教导，传讲或见证，而什么也没发生，我们必须回到绘图板---我们的膝盖。不要为 “能力的缺乏”找借口。几十年来，教会一直犯错，创造许多理论来解释他们缺乏能力的理由，而没向神呼求，一直到神改变他们为此。他们所相信的谎言产生了一个错误的神学观，使到基督的肢体失去了对圣灵的敬畏。神的话必须是带着神的大能。神的大能就是圣灵的领域。”
耶稣在约翰福音十37-38中说：“我若不行我父的事，你们就不必信我。我若行了，你们纵然不信我，也当信这些事，叫你们又知道又明白：父在我里面，我也在父里面。”
约翰福音十四11-12，“你们当信我，我在父里面，父在我里面；即或不信，也当因我所做的事信我。我实实在在地告诉你们：我所做的事，信我的人也要做，并且要做比这更大的事，因为我往父那里去。”
我们最好的信息常常都不是我们自己所传讲的，而是神祂自己如何借着我们这器皿彰显祂的光。我们是祂在这地上的大使。对世界来说，我们就是耶稣的代表。我们必须让世界看见神有形同在的彰显，为耶稣发光，展示他爱的大能，通过神迹奇事和百般的异能来拯救、医治和释放。
那最好的不是和使徒们一同死了; 而是尚未到来。当圣灵带下祂的能力时，争论就结束了。真正的基督教的测试是能力的展示，不是理论的争执，而是能力的测试！当圣灵把祂能力浇灌下来时，争论就结束了。这就像以利亚挑战四百五十位巴力的先知。“让我们各预备一个献祭。。。那降火显应的神，就是神。。。于是，耶和华降下火来，烧尽燔祭，木柴，石头，尘土，又烧干沟里的水。 众民看见了，就俯伏在地，说：“耶和华是神！耶和华是神！” 整个以色列国都回转向神。没有必要在那里长时间地争论到底哪一个才是正确的理论。
几年前，一位受膏的女士和我争论她反对圣灵的某个彰显。
当她正在争论时，圣灵临到她身上，她立刻彰显她之前所反对的属灵恩赐。争论也就因此结束了。
