The Word and the Spirit

Paul said in 2 Corinthians 8:20-21, “We want to avoid any criticism of the way we administer this liberal gift. For we are taking the pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of men.”

Our ministry of administering Fire Impartation has often been misunderstood. As a result, we have been criticised, discredited and mocked by some ministers of God who are powerful in sermon but lack the understanding of ministering in the power of the word, for our Lord Jesus said in John 6:63, “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life.” God’s word is living & active (Hebrews 4:12) and like fire (Jeremiah 23:29).

Acts 10:44:

“While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message.”

Paul said in Galatians 1:11-12, “I want you to know, brothers, that the gospel I preached is not something that man made up. I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.”

I did not have the privilege of having a mentor to teach me about how to minister in ‘signs & wonders’. The Holy Spirit taught me how to work with Him in the Spirit of Oneness as depicted in John 14:11, Jesus said, “Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves.”

Signs and wonders follow the preaching of the WORD.

Mark 16:20

Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.

1 Corinthians 2:4-5

Paul said, “My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on men’s wisdom, but on God’s power.”

Romans 15:18-19

He also said, “I will not venture to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me in leading the Gentiles to obey God by what I have said and done-by the power of signs and miracles, through the power of the Spirit. So from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.”

Hence, I must confess with humility that the way I minister can be very offensive and controversial to some ministers of God based on Prophetic Acts, like the ways Jesus made some mud and put it on the eyes of the blind man to open his eyes as depicted in John 9:11.

Prophetic acts are physical acts that demonstrate a spiritual reality. They are spiritual significance because they are done in faith in response to a specific instruction or word from God. God honours what He has prompted me to say and do. More insights of the prophetic acts are written in ‘The Arsenal of Fire’ in page 96.

Today is the 15th Anniversary of AOF Global Limited (previously known as CKRM Christian Centre Limited).

My book, ‘The Arsenal of Fire’ is about my walk and ministry which meet the standard of the Scriptures. It is a biblical exposition on my walk with the Lord and provided a spiritual and scriptural context for my ministry. 

My book has been read by many highly learned theologians and pastors world-wide and none has given any negative feedback. An American senior pastor even shared with me that he read the book twice and confessed that he could not achieve the standard of holiness written in the book.

I ministered at FGA to a packed auditorium. By the grace of God, 450 books were sold and leaders of the Church was told to read the book twice in order to have a clear insight about the ministries of Arsenal of Fire.

15th Anniversary of AOF Global Ltd (CKRM) - Endorsement 16.4.2022

I first received a complimentary copy of Arsenal of Fire from Elder Dr Ng Soon Gan of FGA on 10.1.2017, and first met Dr Paul KP Ang on 19.9.2019 in Kuala Lumpur.

I have again read cover to cover "The Arsenal of Fire"... over past two days. The book is a totally Bible based book with great testimonies of the author Dr Paul KP Ang and other men and women of God.

I have known Dr Paul Ang for 2 1/2 years, met and seen his ministry physically twice and on Zoom dozens of times, and have spoken personally on phone/video/audio multiple times.

I fully endorse him as an anointed man of God with a unique apostolic, prophetic and evangelistic anointing, quite similar to the prophets of Old Testament and apostles of New Testament.

The key to his ministry is "total & absolute surrender to the LORD" and The LORD's appointing and anointing him for this third powerful and mandatory baptism of fire, hence a fire starter or arsenal of fire, after water and Holy Spirit baptisms ( the three mandatory and empowering baptisms by full emersion... of water, Holy Spirit and Fire, the first being in His Name, the other two being by Him, but through men like Dr Paul Ang.

Any critic must first 1) read the book Arsenal of Fire 2) know his life and testimony 3) see the fruit and 4) humbly come to be ministered by him.

My writing escalated from one book in April 2019 to ten more within two years after he prayed for me in September 2019. It was accompanied by unexplained signs of tingling of both palms, then and very often since. (speaking as a neurologist, personally checked for carpal tunnel and other conditions.)

I have written this endorsement on my own free will. I have also commenced on my book: "The Three Mandatory Empowering Baptisms by Full Emersions in Water, Holy Spirit and Fire", inspired by Rev Dr Paul KP Ang.

Having declined the invitation to minister in January, I was also quite reluctant to accept the invitation to minister at the recent Revival Fire Int’l Convergence in March in Penang because of past bad experiences where I was criticised as some pastors had their reservation about my ministry.

However, I accepted the invitation where I would minister in much lesser capacity not to offend others who are not ready for such awesome move of God, reserving the best for Africa on the vision I had of a Spiritual High Noon far greater than the Mount Carmel Challenge between Elijah and the 450 prophets. 

We are living in the most exciting times where the Holy Spirit Outpouring will be awesome and in greater measure compared to all past revivals. 

The best is yet to come as God is doing greater works that “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him” (1 Corinthians 2:9).

Testimonies - Divine Fire Power Impartation from Heaven

The coming revival is the baptism of fire (Luke 3:16) which is rapid. It was like how the light flashed upon Saul on his way to Damascus and rapidly transformed him to Paul the apostle.

God just needs to purify an earthly vessel, then host His fire and glory on the purified vessel and His glory rested on the vessel will do His works as in 2 Chronicles 7:1-2.

“When Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the LORD filled the temple. And the priests could not enter the house of the LORD, because the glory of the LORD had filled the LORD’s house.”

No preaching is needed when God’s manifest glory is rested on the person. His glory will work through the person while the person rests in Him (Matthew 11:28-30).

After the Revival Fire International Convergence held in Penang March 2022, I was severely mocked, criticised and discredited by a certain group of leaders who are followers of a ministry in power evangelism though I spoke only about 75 mins in the Convergence. I was accused also of unbiblical.

The accusations are nothing new to me. If you are called to be a forerunner or a revivalist, don't think that when the Holy Spirit starts moving, people are going to love you. Just like the book of Acts, when the noise of stirring and moving of the Spirit begins, so does persecution. People will accuse you of being a cult and speak evil about you. They will want to destroy you, like the history of past revival faced by people like John Wesley, the famous evangelist John Sung and many others.

Prof Jack Deere wrote: "Think of the controversy that swirled around Jesus, then around the apostles, and since then around every major move of God in history. No man of God has carried a great anointing without having to bear the kind of accusations. The religious leaders would spread gross lies and rumors about anointed men of God perhaps out of fear of losing some of the congregation to the person. However, Jesus told his disciples, "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me" (Matthew 5:11).

I have been invited to speak in a California Theological University for about 2 years now. My teaching has been a blessing to the University with numbers of student increasing to more than 700 expanding the set up of more campuses in Africa. Students are mostly pastors and ministry leaders.

The book carries His Fire and glory like Paul's handkerchief as recorded in Acts 19:11-12, "God did extraordinary miracles through Paul; so that even handkerchiefs and aprons touched by him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them." Through his book, many in the Body of Christ have experienced the impartation of God’s fire and power, and received their spiritual breakthroughs.

Many theologians, pastors, teachers and ministry leaders have read the book world-wide and I have not received any negative feedback. One American senior pastor commented he has read twice and confessed that he cannot achieve the standard of holiness written in the book.

False humility will not take you to the destination; true humility will.

Dato Chua Jui Meng and I spoke on Saturday afternoon, 26th March 2022 at the Revival Fire Int’l Convergence, Penang. It was hosted by Pastor Terence Jedediah of Asia Revival Centre, Penang, Malaysia. 

Dato Chua took the first session to share his testimony of God’s powerful healing and deliverance in his life and the need for power evangelism in these last days to fulfil the Great Commission to make “disciples of all the nations” and “baptise” them.  

I had the privilege to continue the second session on the impartation of God’s Fire to enable us to be “baptised with the Holy Spirit and Fire” (Luke 3:16) to do greater works in the global harvest of souls. I spoke on the "Fames of Fire"(Hebrews 1:7) from the time mark of 2 hours and 6 mins in the video link below with testimonies and demonstrations of God’s Fire. No matter what our spiritual standing in life is, we need the Fire of God to empower us to move with the zeal of the Lord to fulfil the destiny He has for each of us.

A Powerful Divine Fire Encounter

Apostle Dr Jackie Mare of Heal The Land Ministries International of South Africa was in Singapore recently for the Revival Fire Conference.  She visited the Arsenal of Fire Global (AOF) Centre for a time of fellowship. It was her first visit to the centre to get to know us. We had never met in person before, and our interaction was only through Zoom. 

We, in AOF, were eager to meet her and she too was also excited to fellowship with us in person. So, a day after her mandatory quarantine of 10 days, she came to AOF Centre. 

During the fellowship, I was prompted to impart the fire of God. When I touched Dr Jackie’s hand slightly, the fire of God surged through her setting her lips, hands and feet on fire. The intensity of the fire was so strong that she instinctively wanted to douse off the fire. She rushed to the washroom to cool her hands, feet and lips with water, but God’s fire cannot be put off by water, it has to be imparted to others to lessen the heat. The flame of God is transferable for the purpose of blessing others. I believe, Dr Jackie is blessed by God’s fire to be “a minister of His flame” to ignite Africa with His revival fire. She testified that it was the first time she experienced such an awesome encounter. 

A week has passed since her “fire encounter” and she could still feel the burning. The fire of God is alive in her as the Holy Spirit is energising her to do greater works. The more we are yielded to God, the greater the fire - the greater the zeal of the Lord will be upon us. Praise God!

 

We are living in an exciting time where God is supernaturally cleansing, purifying, transforming and empowering His people with powerful manifestation of His fire. God’s fire is burning more intensely in these last days. The hungrier we are, the greater the burning to transform us as “His ministers a flame of Fire” (Hebrews 1:7). 

We are in a new paradigm of God’s grace – the grace of His fire for supernatural works. The season of God’s supernatural enabling with His Fire and Glory will bring quick and pervasive divine healing, deliverance, restoration and transformation of lives like never before.  As God enables His servants with His Fire, this divine fire needs to spread to the nations in quick time to empower His church for the global harvest. We need God’s Fire Starters to go to the nations to ignite His people. Come catch the Fire at AOF!

A Night of GOD’s Fiery Presence

The Final Night of the Revival Fire Conference held at City Missions Church (CMC), Singapore on 26th Feb 2022, was a night of God’s Fiery Presence. 

 

The evening started with high worship followed by Apostle Jackie Mare’s powerful prayer on the prophetic destiny of CMC and Singapore. Ps Yang Tuck Yoong came on and delivered an awesome message on the Fire of God. We could feel the heat of God’s Fire. After he had finished, he made an altar call for corporate anointing, then he passed the mic to me and we ministered together to impart the fire. 

 

Apostle Jackie’s prayer and the fiery message of Ps Yang ushered in the tangible anointing, filling the hall with God’s awesome presence. Praise God!

 

The hall was saturated with the manifest presence of God. Many were visibly touched by the Fire of God. Some were laughing with joy. Some dancing, shaking, and jumping – as the release of spiritual liberty came upon them. Many fell under the power of the Holy Spirit. The roar of the Lion of Judah was heard. It was indeed awe-inspiring. 

 

It was a glorious night of God’s mighty presence and He graced it with an affirmation in our spirit that a fresh fire of His revival is ignited. We are reminded of the lyrics of a song, “It only takes a spark to get a fire going.”

 

The Fire of God is unstoppable, and this Revival Fire Conference is just a spark of what is to come.
