Speak with Kingly Authority

1 Peter 2:9, NIV: "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light."

When we become believers in Jesus Christ, who is the King of kings and Lord of lords, we automatically belong to His royal family. He could have simply just called us as priests, but He chose to call us royal priesthood. It is significant to note that royalties have authority. Jesus has conferred us the authority that comes from Him as the King of kings. We must, as His royal priesthood, recognise that we have the kingly authority and to minister boldly with the power and authority conferred upon us. 

The kingdom of God is about power and authority. Jesus operated with such great authority that He cursed the tree that did not bear any fruit and in the next morning, the tree withered from the roots  (Mark 11:12-14, 20-21).

To an invalid, Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk. At once the man was healed; he picked up his mat and walked” (John 5:8-9).

This was the authority that Jesus had, just by commanding the tree and the invalid and the power of God was demonstrated. 

Prophet Elisha had great authority. When he was walking along the road, some youths came out of the town and jeered at him. “Go on up, you baldhead!” they said. Elisha turned around, looked at them and called down a curse on them in the name of the LORD. Two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the youths. (2 Kings 2:23-24)

In Acts 5:3-5, Peter had such great authority that after saying to Ananias how Satan had filled his heart that he lied to the Holy Spirit, then Ananias fell down and died. 

Apostle Paul told Elymas the sorcerer in Acts 13:11 that the hand of the Lord was against him and he would to be blind, and would not see the light of the sun. Immediately, mist and darkness came upon him. Elymas groped about, seeking someone to lead him by the hand.

We are living in the last days and God is quickening His work. His royal priesthood will rise up in confidence to speak forth God's word with power and authority like never before. The fire of God will be imparted to God's people to move mighty with kingly anointing to heal, deliver and revive nations.

Ministry led by the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:14)

 

Benson Andrew Idahosa was a Charismatic Pentecostal preacher who founded the Church of God Mission International. He was popularly known as the father of Pentecostalism in Nigeria. Many years before he died in 1998, some overzealous pastors came together and reported TB Joshua to him.

 

They said, “Your Lordship, the great and mighty miracles being carried out by TB Joshua are scary and unimaginable, we don’t know who called him to Christ.” The pastors concluded, “Let’s banished and excommunicate him from among us.”

 

In his simple reply, the Archbishop Isahosa said, “Leave TB Joshua alone, God has not told me anything contrary, if he is not from God, he will not survive the next 7 years neither will he be alive. But if he survives, truly he is from God and shall be the greatest.”

 

Over 23 years, TB Joshua and his ministry lived on till he died on June 5, 2021.

 

Matthew 7:20 says, “Therefore by their fruits you will know them.” The fruits of one’s ministry are its greatest endorsement. If a false teacher or prophet ministers carnally and not led by the Holy Spirit, it will fail.

 

In Acts 5, when Apostles John and Peter were persecuted by the high priest, who were members of the party of the Sadducees due to jealousy, Gamaliel, a Jewish rabbi advised the religious council in Acts 5:38-39 as follows:

 

_“Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”_

In 2004, after being baptised by God’s fire, I started to minister the fire of God to ignite believers to be more passionate for God and minister powerfully in His anointing. Like all new moves of God, there were initial doubts about my ministry.  I thank God that by His grace, I am still ministering the fire of God with signs and wonders after 18 years. The Arsenal of Fire Global Ministry, which I co-founded, has been established in many nations bearing good fruits. All Glory to God for His enabling and blessings.

Light Bearers (Philippians 2:12)

In the heading ‘Light Bearers’ (NKJV), apostle Paul taught us, “Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling” (Philippians 2:12).

God knows that we are all imperfect vessels, falling short of His glory (Romans 3:23). As we ourselves are imperfect, let us not cast the first stone at others (John 8:7). Instead, we should work out our own salvation with fear & trembling for our own spiritual growth. Then we will not have the time to judge others as we will be busy repenting to work out our salvation.

This is the secret to grow to spiritual maturity and acquire spiritual power where the Light (radiance) of Christ will be demonstrated, grow and shine out of us on display for the world (Exodus 34:29-30, Isaiah 60:5).

In her visit to us in 2018, she shared with us a couple of powerful testimonies; one of them was about a hunter who attacked her while she was ministering in Papua New Guinea. He threw 3 spears at her but the spears stopped right in front of her and dropped to the ground.

During her visit, Nancy Coen also gave us a prophetic utterance as confirmation of our God ordained mission. It was a great honour and we were humbled by her visit.

 

One of the words uttered was that the Lord was going to put such a power in my mouth. And my word that come out is going to affect and change multitudes of nations without me even having to travel there. The prophet word was unimaginable as Covid Pandemic and Zoom were unheard of then. 

 

However, it has came to pass as the Lord says in Isaiah 55:1, “so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.”

 

Covid Pandemic has lockdown many nations. Some of you may have heard my eldest son, George Ang’s testimony which he shared at the Zoom meeting of FGBMF Alam Sutera and Desa Sri Hartamas Chapters on 9th June, 2021. It was an inspiring sharing which is so much needed during this time of unprecedented challenges due to the pandemic. 

 

In 2018, George acquired A & W Malaysia, despite the dire economic situation of the last 2 years, he was able to grow the business successfully. No One is Worthy - Arise and Shine

 

Everyone has a past and no one is worthy. Romans 3:23 says all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Worry, fear and unbelief are falling short on faith. Impatience is falling short on kindness. The critical spirit falls short on love. 

 

We are all swimming in an ocean of debt. But God pardons our selfish humanity. 

 

In order that the radiance of Christ may shine from us for the world to see (Isaiah 60:5), Apostle Paul taught us in Philippians 2:12-13, “Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed–not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence–continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.”

 

When we work out our salvation with fear and trembling, we will be so busy repenting in order to live a life holy and pleasing to God, that we do not have the time to judge others.

 

We must also be transparent to confess our sins and pray to each other for our healing and restoration. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective (James 5:16). Living a cleansed and purified life is part of our spiritual growing process to maturity and to acquire God’s spiritual power needed to transform lives.

 

A good example is Katherine Kuhlman. She carried the awesome manifest presence of God’s glory. And she instructed her biographer to write everything about her past; good, bad and ugly all in her book "Daughter of Destiny" to clear every hinderances in the spiritual realm. She said, “People can't throw stone at me when I have confessed, neither could the devil makes further accusation.”

 

Apostle Paul was also being transparent, as he said in 1 Timothy 1:15-16, “Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners–of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his unlimited patience as an example for those who would believe on him and receive eternal life.

 

Here is the testimony of a terrorist leader who had cut off the heads of 500 pastors and burned down 600 Churches.  After receiving Christ as saviour, in 3 and half years, he brought 1.5 million people to Christ.

Working Together in Unity

“How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity. It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard, down upon the collar of his robes. It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the LORD bestows his blessing, even life forevermore” Psalms 133-1-3

Praise God that He has led many distinguished ministers of God from different nations to work together with us in unity, for His purpose and glory. One of them is Professor Dr Jin Kim. Through the link, he shared a testimony concerning how the Lord anointed him when he attended our meeting:-

Dr Jin Kim is the President of California River of Life University and also the lead pastor of River of Life Church International. After returning to Singapore in 2017, we did not connect with Jin Kim until last year where I was invited to speak in the California Zoom Live Board cast which he hosted. 

This Friday June 4, 2021 at 8 pm (California time) will be my 18th speaking session for California River of Life University/River of Life Church Int’l.

By God’s Grace, I was appointed to RFM’s Board of Trustees on a Feb 1, 2021 joining 10 other most distinguished ministers of God in Malaysia. Dato Chua Jui Meng, Chairman of Revival Fire Movement (RFM) Malaysia was the longest country’s serving Minister of Health, holding that position from 1995 to 2004.

Singapore Revival Fire Network (SRFN)

While my vision was focused on preparing for a fire revival that was prophesied to sweep through Malaysia, God was not forsaking Singapore for a revival. God led Rev Pauline Phua to me, to prepare a team of revivalists for a coming revival in Singapore which Professor Jackie Mare dreamt 3 times 10 years ago. 

Prof Jackie Maré is the President of Heal the Land Ministries in South Africa with churches and establishments in South Africa, Namibia and USA. God spoke to her through dreams about a revival similar to Azusa Street and Toronto Blessings coming to Singapore.

 

Rev Pauline and her husband, Dr Daniel Phua are founders of Golden Lampstand Ministries International. They have travelled to different parts of the world to conduct women’s conferences, revival services, bible camps and pastoral sessions for couples. She has also ministered in an Apostolic conference in South Africa. Both of them are members of City Missions Church.

 

With the blessings of her husband, Dr Daniel and her Church founder and Lead Elder Wee Tiong Howe, I agreed to be Rev Pauline's mentor as part of God’s plan to prepare for an awesome revival in Singapore.

Dato Chua, Chairman of RFM in his speech, kindly introduced Elder Wee and I, and mentioned that we have just formed the Revival Fire Network (RFN). He added that RFM Malaysia will partner RFN to advance the Kingdom of God for His glory. We are truly grateful for this cooperation. 

The Pentecost Prayer Conference was attended by 1,852 people with many distinguished pastors, leaders and ministers of God.
