Before God could use me as His earthen vessel to carry the manifest presence of His glory (Glorious Flame), I have to fully surrender my body as living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to Him, which is my spiritual act of worship (Romans 12:1). It’s like when Solomon dedicated the temple to the Lord, after he finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the LORD filled the temple, so much so that. the priests could not enter the temple of the LORD (2 Chronicles 7:1-2).
After the fire of God has consumed, cleansed, refined and purified me, only then can my physical body be worthy to carry or host the manifest presence of His glory, working with Him in Oneness (John 10:37-38, 14:11). I rest in Him while He works through my human spirit (Matthew 11:28-30).
Watchman Nee wrote that “All the works of the Holy Spirit are done through human’s spirit while the works of the Enemy are done through human’s soul (carnal).”

What is the manifest presence of God’s glory?
Ps Daniel Issachar, a well connected leader in Taiwan who has attended many conferences, shared his view in Mandarin (with English subtitle) vide the link below after having an awesome experience with the manifest presence of God’s glory during our Taiwan meetings in 2019. After the encounter, Ps Daniel Issachar is now in-charge of AOF Taiwan ministry.
In every meeting, the manifest presence of God’s glory has not only shocked the people but immediately opened and drew their hearts to Him. This is a heavenly treasure that makes the difference between the anointing and the manifest presence of His glory.
Moses knew the difference between the anointing and the manifest presence of God. He wanted the best so he asked for His presence. Moses said to God, “If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. How will anyone know that you are pleased with me and with your people unless you go with us? What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?” (Exodus 33:15-16).
God’s manifest presence will put Himself on display for the world, and that He is with us as He was with Moses (Joshua 3:7).
As children of God, we must have His manifest presence.
To God be the power and glory for ever and ever. Amen!
