Matthew 14:28-29 says that Peter walked on water..”Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.”Come,” Jesus said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus.
Please do not walk on water based on the written word of God but wait for the Rhema word from God telling you to do so.
About 16 years ago, my pastor took me to a hospital to pray for a boy who was in coma. He died and I grieved. Then the Lord spoke to me in an audible, thundering voice, "Next time, wait for My word."
Jesus was Spirit-filled and Spirit-led. Jesus in reality, only did three things in His entire life on Earth:
- He did what the Father told Him to do.
- He went where the Father told Him to go.
- He said what the Father told Him to say.
He waited to receive the Rhema word from His Heavenly Father before He acted. It is not us doing things for God - it is God doing His works through our human spirit.
Jesus said "My yoke is easy and my burden is light." Matthew 11:30. We have to remember it is Jesus’ yoke. He carries most of the load and we are yoke to Him, keeping pace with Him to achieve His purpose for our lives.
Most churches are not witnessing the manifest presence of His glory because the pulpit pastors are not trained to work with the Lord and be led by His Spirit to work with Him in Oneness (John 10:37-38, 14:11). They want to serve God in their own way, even going on fasting, thinking that they will please God so that God will answer their prayers. If you are not led by the Spirit to go on fasting, there will be no benefit - it may cause you your life.
Always get in the spirit and flow in the glory of God and listen for a Word from God. HE is waiting for us to stop talking so that we could hear what He wanted to tell us. As disciples, we must live and walk in the Spirit. We must be led by the Spirit of God as this is the mark of true Sonship (Romans 8:14-15).
Only His works shall praise and glorify His name!

-祂做了父亲告诉祂做的事
马太福音14：28-29：彼得说：“主，如果是你，请叫我从水面上走到你那里去。”耶稣说：“你来吧！”彼得就从船上下去，在水面上走，要到耶稣那里去。
请不要根据上帝的文字（Written word/Logos）在水上行走，而要等待上帝瑞玛(Rhema)的话告诉你去行。
大约16年前，我的牧师带我去医院为一个昏迷的男孩祷告。结果他死了，我好伤心。然后，主用一个我肉儿听得见的声音，雷鸣的声音对我说，“下一次，等待我的话。”
耶稣是被圣灵充满和被圣灵领导的。耶稣当祂在地上的整个生命现实中，只做了三件事：
-祂做了父亲告诉祂做的事
-祂去了父亲告诉祂去的地方
-祂说了父亲告诉祂要说的话
耶稣只是等着从祂父那里得到瑞玛的话，然后祂才采取行动。不是我们为上帝做事，而是上帝通过我们的人的灵去做祂的工作。
耶稣说：“我的轭是容易的，我的担子是轻省的”（马太福音11：30）。我们必须记住这是耶稣的轭。他背负着大部分重担，我们和祂一起背着同一个轭，渐渐跟上祂的步伐，一步一步地实现祂在我们的生命中的目的。
大多数教会没有看见上帝有形同在的荣耀，因为讲台上的牧师没有受过与主同工的训练，由祂的圣灵带领，合一地与祂同工（约翰福音10：37-38，14：11）。他们想以自己的方式服事神，甚至禁食，以为他们会讨上帝喜悦，回应他们的祷告。如果你不在被圣灵带领情况下去禁食，那将会是没有好处——甚至可能导致你的生命危险。
要常常进入到灵里，在神的荣耀中，聆听从神的话语。祂正等着我们停止说话，以便我们能听到祂想告诉我们的话。作为门徒，我们必须在行走和活在圣灵里。我们必须由神的灵领导，因为这是真正儿子的记号（罗马书8：14-15）。
唯有上帝自己的作为能真正赞美和荣耀祂的名！
