Once, I sneaked into a meeting conducted by a renowned prophet in a seminary. After the meeting, the prophet, whom I met for the first time, called me to the altar to receive a word from the Lord. After he had finished delivering a message to me, he handed over the microphone to me, asking me to pray for him. Before I could finish the second sentence of my prayer, the power of God threw him onto the floor. With the guest speaker on the floor, the president of the Seminary then told me to minister to the congregation.
It is a norm for some ministers of God to tremble and fall under the power of God even before I could utter prayers for them upon their request when His glory (Light) fills the temple. And our bodies are the radiance and temple of God that when we carry His fire and glory, His fire and glory will set the place ablaze with His manifest glory.
Light travels faster than sound. The Lord did not utter a word to transform Saul to Paul the apostle. It was the light from heaven that instantly transformed Saul and threw him to the ground, “As Saul neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him.” (Acts 9:3)
God knows our heart and what we are about to pray as HE said in Isaiah 65:24, “Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear.” Matthew 6:8, “Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.”
